Stratospheric success requires being genuine.

The Five Laws of Stratospheric Success

  1. The Law of Value

    • Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.

    • New Algorithm = Give 5 times more value than payment for your product or service

  2. The Law of Compensation

    • Your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them.

    • If you want more income, then find ways to serve more people

  3. The Law of Influence

    • Your influence is determined by how abundantly you place other people's interests first.

    • An abundance mindset goes a long way…

  4. The Law of Authenticity

    • The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself.

  5. The Law of Receptivity

    • The key to effective GIVING is to stay open to RECEIVING

You get what you expect. [This connects to the Law of Attraction and the Law of Love.]

What you focus on is what you get

Ultimately, the world treats you more or less the way you expect to be treated.

Appearances can be deceiving, and they nearly always are.

[When someone says something smart] Do you mind if I use that bit of brilliance?

When you learn, you must apply each learning (i.e., Law of Stratospheric Success) right away. It must be applied the same day you learn it

[Sorry for wasting your time.] You don't have the power to waste my time. Only I can do that.

It never hurts to be kind to people.

Create the best [outdoor] “experience”

Golden Rule of Business = All things being equal, people will do business with and refer business to those people they know, like, and trust

A great restaurant provides a higher quality of food and service than any amount of money could possibly pay for

You give because you love to = it's a way of life

It's not about seeing because it's about doing

Your Income = # people served * how well you served

Touch more lives = receive more compensation

No income limit because there's always more people to serve

What you focus on is what you get.

Sometimes you feel foolish, even look foolish, but you do the thing anyways.

If you are Energetic + Enthusiastic + Interested, then you will remain young because being Relaxed > Anxious

Survive = Meet your basic living needs

Save = Go beyond your basic needs and expand your life

Serve = Make a contribution to the world around you

Develop a network of people who know you, like you, and trust you.

You need people who are personally invested in seeing you succeed to create an army of personal walking ambassadors.

Stop keeping score. Don't keep track.

Look for solutions where both sides come out ahead.

When you base relationships on who owes who, then you are a creditor not a friend.

50/50 is a losing proposition. The only winning proposition is 100%.

Make your win 100% about other person's interests first, and your interests will always be taken care of. Always. Creates enlightened self-interest.

Putting other people's interests first creates influence, which creates money, position, and accomplishments (not the other way around).
