Jace AI

Words I like: “If a shiny, new AI tool can’t give you an hour back at least 1 hour/week, it’s not worth your attention.”

TL;DR

  • I’ve used Jace AI since August 6, 2025, which is 111 days as of today
  • It has saved me 111+ hours and a ton of energy by reducing my time in my email inbox
  • Jace is trained on my unique communication style to draft high‑quality replies in my tone
  • I can rapidly review, tweak, and send email replies in seconds
  • In one recent inbox sprint, I sent 50+ sales follow‑up emails in 30 minutes between meetings
  • Plus plan is $25/month, and the Pro plan is $65/month for me
  • It pays for itself after the first 15 minutes saved each month, and you save that much time each day
  • Sign up HERE for a free test drive with my referral link, and we both get a free month of the Pro pla

Thanksgiving Gratitude: The Best AI Tool That Gives Me Time Back Daily

This Thanksgiving, I’m grateful for family, health, and the best AI tool that has helped me to buy back several hours each week: Jace AI. It’s an inbox copilot that drafts replies in your voice, so you spend minutes, not hours, in email.

I started using it 111 days ago, and Jace has become my invisible Chief Of Staff for email, scanning new messages, proposing drafts in my voice, and organizing my inbox so I can deal with priorities first. It’s my favorite new tool of 2025.

The biggest value is more replies sent with less time and energy in your inbox.

Last month, I batch‑processed 50+ sales follow‑ups in 30 minutes. Normally, writing thoughtful nudges to “bubble this back up to the top of your inbox” would take me hours stretched across multiple days. Jace had clean drafts “Waiting” for each email that it automatically labeled as “Waiting” for a reply. Most were ready to send immediately, and for a handful, I added a line or two of personal context and clicked send.

Stop staring at a blank screen, not knowing what to say

For tricky or nuanced replies, warm intros, scheduling meetings, or polite declines, starting from a blank page costs energy and time. Jace gives me a credible, context‑aware first draft, so I’m editing, not writing. It also learns who is on your team to automatically CC them for relevant projects and what links or attachments you share once to apply to future emails it drafts.

On mobile, this is an absolute game‑changer! I open my Gmail app and see “Draft” next to all the threads that Jace proactively writes a first draft for me. When I’m on the go with our Chief Cuteness Officer, I can approve/revise a ready‑to‑send draft on my phone and keep threads moving. That alone has saved me several late‑night catch‑up sessions on my laptop.

The 4pm (and 11pm) brain fog is real. Jace keeps the tone, structure, and next steps consistent so partners, clients, and candidates get thoughtful responses, even when I’m sprinting before transitioning to dad mode (or sleep mode).

Guess what? After pushing send, I sometimes completely forget about the email, even if I’m waiting for a reply to move a project forward. Jace has prevented dropped balls, accelerated responses that move projects forward without wasting weeks, and kept important relationships warm. That combination is ROI that I feel daily.

Conservative Time Savings

I don’t like making up inflated numbers, so here’s the simplest math that matches my experience. Most weekdays, Jace gives me a strong first draft for 50+ emails that come into my inbox. Conservatively saving 30-60 seconds per message across a busy day adds up to 30+ minutes saved. Over a week, that’s at least a few hours I can reinvest in sales, client service, and my all-time favorite, my family.

Why This Is Worth $25-65/Month (+ more)

You get a free month trial when you sign up, and then it’s $25 for the Pro plan or $65 for the Plus plan, depending on how many emails you receive/draft/send per day. You also get a free month for each friend you refer, which is valuable to both of you and creates a viral growth coefficient for their business to spread via word of mouth (i.e., this newsletter). If your time is worth even $100/hour, Jace pays for itself the first 15-45 minutes that it saves per month…and it saves that much time per day!

If you’re drowning in email, trying to overcome writer’s block staring at a blank screen, or like playing with new AI tools, give it a try for a free month by signing up for Jace AI HERE.

Gratitude For Leverage

AI tools don’t replace human judgment, relationships, or leadership.

The right tools give you time back to exercise those things. Jace did that for me this year. I’m grateful for the extra hours it gave back to my family and me this fall while creating more momentum for our business.

If you decide to try Jace AI, reply and let me know what you hope to get out of it. I’m happy to share additional coaching on how to make the most of it.
